

Xueshan or Hsuehshan a mountain in Heping District, Taichung, Taiwan. It is the second highest mountain in Taiwan and in East Asia, at 3,886 m above sea level. It is in the Shei-Pa National Park, and it is visible in good weather from hills near Taiwan’s capital Taipei.

- Make a deposit payment of $100/Pax and send us your passport copy for booking.
- We will secure the permits once open for booking 4months before the event date. If permits are secured need to make the balance full payment on the same day.
- Do take note permits are subjective to approval. If permits are not approved, we will refund you back the deposit. Alternatively, you can also opt to our next event date and we will try to secure the next available dates.
- We advise you to get travel insurance coverage for the trip once the permits are secured. Incase if the event is cancelled for any reason we will not reimburse you, your travel insurance cost.
- We will send you the training program and other details about the events once the trip is confirmed.
- We will also conduct a regular training program and train you before to the event at FREE OF COST.
- Once the permits are secured the tour cost is non-refundable & non-transferable.

We will advise you on the flight booking once the permits are secured. The entire group should arrive at the same time at Taipei International Airport. Our Representative will meet and greet you at the airport and drive you the adventure. (*best to arrive early morning flight so we can pick up around 9-10am). This adventure will be handled directly by our local guides.

Note:Â Do take note this tour will be handled directly by our local partner in Taiwan. Tour is subjective to weather conditions on the day and will be revised accordingly to the safety concerns. Guide will take the necessary decission on the day to ensure everyone safety.

Please note:
(1) Permits/deposits are non-transferable or refundable. Any cancellations resulting in fewer participants will increase the travel cost per person. For any cancellation or no-show once the permits is applied, full payment made will not be refunded.
(2) If a team member feels unwell during the itinerary, the Local guide / team leader will decide whether to continue the itinerary based on safety assessment. If not entire team will decent back to safety.
(3) During the trip, if due to natural reasons eg: typhoons, storms, damaged roads/ bridges, personnel emergencies, and resulting a need to changing of itinerary/accommodations; any additional costs incurred will be borne by the participants.
(4) For safety reasons, during the hike; all participants must follow the instructions of the Guide/Trek Leader and not act alone.Â
