ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival at Srinagar, Dal Lake, and Shankaracharya Temple

As you arrive at Srinagar airport, our representative will be there to greet you and transfer you to your hotel. After settling in and freshening up, we will take you to the magnificent Shankaracharya Temple, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Dal Lake. Later, we will visit the Shalimar Bagh/Mughal Garden (Garden Ticket is at the client’s own cost and interest). You will then enjoy a delicious dinner and spend the night at your hotel in Srinagar.

Day 2: Srinagar – Sonamarg – Srinagar

After a scrumptious breakfast at your hotel, we will proceed to Sonamarg, which is located at an altitude of 2800 meters above sea level. The name Sonamarg means “meadow of gold,” and it is surrounded by snow-capped mountains against a beautiful blue sky. The Sindh River flows through this region and is home to trout, snow trout, and mahseer fish. You can also enjoy the snow, which covers the area like a white carpet. If you wish, you can hire ponies to take you up to Thajiwas Glacier (at the client’s own cost and interest), which is a major attraction during the summer months. In the evening, we will return to Srinagar, where you will enjoy another delicious dinner and spend the night at your hotel. 

Day 3: Srinagar to Gulmarg

Start your day with a delicious breakfast before embarking on a scenic journey to Gulmarg. Along the way, you’ll be treated to breathtaking views of Magma, Naribal, and Tanmarg. Once you arrive in Gulmarg, take a ride on the cable cars (Gondola Rides are on self-expense) and enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Visit the Maharani Temple, skiing spots, Khilanmarg, and St. Mary’s Church before settling in for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay at your Gulmarg hotel. (Note: Gondola tickets must be booked online at least 5 days in advance during peak season.)

Day 4: Gulmarg to Pahalgam

After a hearty breakfast, continue your journey to Pahalgam, known for its picturesque landscapes and scenic beauty. Along the way, make a stop at the famous Awantipora Ruins and the saffron fields of Pampore. Once you arrive in Pahalgam, take advantage of the many activities available, such as trekking, horse riding, and fishing. In the evening, check into your hotel in Pahalgam and relax after a day of adventure.

 Day 5: Pahalgam to Srinagar Houseboat

On the fifth day of your tour, wake up to a delicious breakfast before embarking on a visit to the breathtaking Aru Valley, Chandanwari, and Betaab Valley (at your own cost). Take in the stunning scenery and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the region. In the evening, we will drive you back to your Srinagar Houseboat for a relaxing dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Srinagar Local Sightseeing (at your own cost and interest).

Glide along the serene waters and take in the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. After your ride, we will take you to visit the beautiful Nishat Bagh and Chamashahi gardens (Garden ticket at your own cost and interest). Enjoy a delicious dinner and spend the night at your Houseboat.

After a hearty breakfast at your Houseboat, get ready for an exciting Shikara ride.

Day 7: Departure from Srinagar Airport

On the final day of your tour, enjoy a scrumptious breakfast before we drive you to Srinagar Airport for your departure. We hope you had a wonderful time exploring the beauty of Kashmir and look forward to welcoming you back soon.
