Mount Argopuro (also known as Mount Argopura) is known as the longest trek on Java Island. Standing at 3088 metres, the 5 days of hiking offers a fantastic and unique landscape throughout the trek.
From the agricultural land of corn, tobacco and coffee plantation, the savanna and beautiful edelweiss along the treks are some of the best on the island. Adjacent to the true summit is the Rengganis peak, where you will find the ruins of an ancient Hindu temple from as early as the 12th Century.
This is an average trek which requires more walking than climbing. Anyone with a decent fitness comfortable in walking long distance will be able to complete this trek.

Arrive in Surabaya
Transfer to Situbondo
1 Night in Situbondo (Homestay Accommodation Included)
Day 2:
Begin Hiking
Hike to campsite at Pos Mata Air 2
Set up Tent and spend the night in Pos Mata Air 2 (Tent Accommodation Included)
Day 3:
Continue Hiking to Pos Cikasur
Set up Tent and spend the night in Pos Cikasur (Tent Accommodation Included)
Day 4:
Continue to Savana Lonceng
Set up Tent and spend the night in Savana Lonceng (Tent Accommodation Included)
Day 5:
Summit Day to Puncak rengganis, Argopuro and Puncak Arca
Descend to Taman Hidup
Set up Tent and spend the night in Taman Hidup (Tent Accommodation Included)
Day 6:
Descend to Basecamp Bremi
Wash Up & Transfer back to Surabaya
1 Night in Surabaya (Homestay Included)

Breakfast

• 1300 – 1600: Trekking to Danau Taman Hidup

• 1830: Dinner and Rest for the Night
Day 5: Descend Day
• 0800: Breakfast and Prepare descend
• 0900 – 1300: Descend down to Basecamp Bremi
