Itinerary, Course Outline and Lesson Plan
Meetup with the Event Coordinator at the Meetup Location which will be shared to the registered participants via email/WhatsAppgroup. Attendance and safety briefing will be done to ensure the safety of all participants.
We will spend around 4-5 hours in this wilderness, learning the basic knowledge of survival followed by the actual workshop applying the skills learning during the orientation.
WHAT DOES THE WORKSHOP COVER:
Basic Survival Workshop we will cover a variety of essential skills and knowledge areas to prepare participants for handling emergency situations in the wilderness. Here are the key topics which we will be covering:
- Basic Survival Principles – Rules of 3 / Survival Mindset
- Shelter – Different type of shelter knowledge, Picking safe location
- Fire Making Techniques – Different Methods
- Find Water/Food
- Navigation
- Basic First Aid / SOS Signals
- Emergency Preparedness / Psychological Preparedness.
Additional Topics (if time and resources allow)
- Weather Prediction: Understanding weather patterns and how to predict changes.
- Self-Rescue Techniques: Methods for self-rescue in various situations (e.g., river crossings, tropical forest).
- Survival in Different Environments: Adapting skills for different climates and terrains (jungle, snow conditions, etc.)
Practical Exercises
Hands-On Practice: Providing opportunities for participants to practice skills: Shelter making / Preparing various Ready to eat meals.
We will also have some lucky draws and giveaway during the session.
*Due to the limited resources on the island activities will be limited.
Upon successful completion of the event, participant will receive e-Certificate of participation.

The course shall operate on a safety-first principle – Event Organizer has full discretion to stop a participant from continuing the course, or, to modify the course, or otherwise due to safety reasons. Participants shall be informed of this principle and shall abide by it.
In the event of inclement weather and if the Event Organizer deems it necessary. Worst case scenario due to bad weather we might cancel or postpone the event for safety reasons.
