Day 1: Arrival in Almaty

• Highlights: Arrival and welcome in Almaty, Kazakhstan’s cultural and economic hub.
• Activities:
  • Airport transfer to the hotel.
  • Check-in and free time to explore the city.

Day 2: Altyn Emel National Park & Kapshagai Lake

• Highlights: UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, Singing Dunes, and Aktau Mountains.
• Activities:
  • Drive to Altyn Emel National Park via Kapshagai Lake.
  • Explore unique landscapes and rare wildlife.
  • Overnight in Basshi village guesthouse.

Day 3: Chunja Hot Springs

🚫 Tour Cancellation Policy

Once the tour has commenced, no refund shall be made for any portion of the trip not utilized by the participant. This includes, but is not limited to, services such as accommodation, transport, meals, or trekking arrangements that are unused due to personal reasons, illness, or early departure.

In the event that the tour or any part thereof must be cancelled, delayed, or altered due to Force Majeure conditions — including but not limited to adverse weather, natural disasters, flight disruptions, political unrest, or any other circumstances beyond the operator’s control —

• The full tour amount is strictly non-refundable.
• Every effort will be made to modify or reschedule the affected portion of the itinerary in coordination with local authorities and service providers.
• Any additional costs arising from such changes (e.g., extended stays, alternative transport, or revised logistics) shall be borne by the participants.
