Gunung Irau is the highest mountain of Cameron Highlands at 2,110 meters above sea-level, a popular climbing spot for avid hikers and an immediate neighbour to Gunung Brinchang, the second highest summit. A popular hiking ground for visitors, the trail to conquer its summit begins where the Mossy Forest boardwalk ends, taking between two and three hours to complete.

Day 1 : Meetup and Drive to Cameron Highlands
08.00pm Meetup with SGTREK LEADER and Attendance / Briefing on Friday night
Take transport to Cameron Highlands (we will take a few stops for breaks along the way for Break)
Day 2 : Meetup Guides / Start Hike
Early morning we will arrive at Cameroon Highland and Meetup with the Local Guides/Team.

0800am – Meeting point (nova hotel) (Packed Breakfast and lunch pack will be issued)
0830am – 4wd Pickup to Mossy Forest
0900am – Registration ticket @ Briefing by guide & organizer
0915am – Start entering Mossy Forest
0930am – Trailhead Jungle Walk no.14
1030am – Cp4 – Pisang @ Regroup
1100am – ETA Cp6 – Mini Irau @ Regroup @ COT 1200
1220pm – Cp10 – Lord of the ring @ Regroup @ Group photo
1230pm – ETA Summit Irau @ Regroup @ COT 0100 @ Group photo
0200pm – Start descending
