  1. Sridhar Krish

Hello, I am interested. I am 58 years old. So, need to know: 1) Degree of difficulty 2) Elevation gain each day 2) whether vegetarian food will be served
I am very healthy and active but have not done serious mountain hiking

    1. Hello Sridhar, There are much more older people we know off who has completed their G7 mountains. Like for your experience if you have not done any serious hiking probably we suggest you try out some of the difficult tropical mountains before ascending Tahan some recommendations are Mount Ophir, Gunung Nuang, Bukit Kutu etc. You can reach us via whatsapp +6592700908 we can share with you more details.
