Pulau Ubin is an island northeast of mainland Singapore. Cycle trails and footpaths criss-cross the hills, going past disused granite quarries and traditional kampongs (villages). Kingfishers and bulbul birds inhabit the tidal flats and mangroves of the Chek Jawa Wetlands. The Jejawi observation tower and a looped boardwalk offer views of this area. Fo Shan Ting Da Bo Gong Temple houses statues of local deities.

MEET UP LOCATION
- Start point : Changi Point Ferry Terminal 08.30am (we start at sharp 8.35am)
- End point : Changi Point Ferry Terminal (End Time approx. around 12.00noon)
This walk is suitable for beginners who are seeking some adventure to start with. Parent’s with kids are also welcome to join us.

DETAILED ITINERARY:
Meetup with the event coordinator at Changi Point Ferry Terminal. Attendance and short briefing. Boat capacity is 12pax max and we will split up if group size is more. Upon arrival at the Ubin island, briefing and start to walk.
Walk duration for 3hours and then depart from the Ubin Island to mainland. End of walk and activity.

- Trekking shoes / Sport shoes (wear something comfortable)
- Waterproof daypack
- Comfortable clothing for walk
- Personal medication if any.
