TRANS CBL (CHEMERONG, BEREMBUN & LANGSIR) (04-07Sep2025)

One of the most famous and the beautiful waterfall which is in Hulu Dungun around 100km from Kuala Terengganu. Chemorong Waterfall which is at a height of 370m makes it to one of the Malaysia’s highest waterfalls. Chemorong offers a very good camping spots for adventure lovers. A giant like human figuring can be seen from a far distance. On this adventure you will also be enjoying the experience of trekking through Gunung Berembun (1038m) and Langsir Waterfall (801m). Usually it takes 3D2N trek to complete the whole TRANS CBL (CHEMERONG, BEREMBUN & LANGSIR).

As most of you know this trek permits usually gets full fast. We will be reserving the permits well in advance through our local partner and these permits are very limited. Do signup soon as we have only limited spots for this adventure. Once a lifetime experience in this turquoise pools and pristine rivers of CBL.

Event registration closes 1Month before to the event date or before the event gets full.
Do check you have a valid passport/Expiry date for the event, as passport copy will be needed to apply permits.
Once the event permits are applied, event cost is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Advised to get travel insurance once you book the event.

Participants should be fit enough to carry their load and trek on average of 5-6hours per day. Should have prior hiking experience on Malaysia trails. Physically and mentally should be well prepared. Tents (Tents & ration need to be carried by participants)

DETAILED ITINERARY:

DAY 0 – 04 Sep 2025

10:00 pm Meetup at Marsiling Mrt (Maxicash)

Meetup with SGTREK event coordinator. Attendance and quick briefing about the journey.

We will depart to cross over Singapore and Johor Checkpoint. You can buy things at Johor custom (water snacks etc.). It’s a long journey around 7hours we will be taking breaks along the route.

Stopover for morning breakfast coffee break along the route. (breakfast on own)

Before 07:00am arrive at the Chemerong Waterfall Resort. Meetup with the local guides and briefing. Below is the rough itinerary for the next 3 days trek.

1030 : Continue hike
1300 : Kem Balak | Regroup
1400 : Continue hike
1600 : Arrive at starting point | END

Quick shower and then we will depart to Singapore.

Along way stop over for dinner (*dinner on own)

Around late mid night ETA to Singapore. End of the Trip

HOW TO PREPARE FOR THIS ADVENTURE:

Physically fit to hike for 5-6hours is some steep terrains.
