🗓️ Detailed Itinerary
Day 01: Depart from Singapore to Delhi
Embark on fight to Delhi from Singapore. Arrive in Delhi Airport Immigration clearance and then transfer over to connecting flight to Leh next day early in the early morning.

Day 02: Arrival in Leh (3,500 m)
Travel Distance: 10 km | Time: 30 min
Arrive at Leh Airport and transfer to your hotel for check-in. Spend the rest of the day resting and allowing your body to acclimatize to the high-altitude environment. In the evening, take a leisurely walk around Leh’s vibrant local market, filled with cozy cafés and souvenir shops.

Day 03: Leh Acclimatization, Sightseeing & Expedition Preparation
Travel Distance: 40 km | Time: 4–5 hrs
After breakfast, embark on a guided cultural tour to some of Ladakh’s most iconic Buddhist landmarks — Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery, and Hemis Monastery.
In the afternoon, attend a detailed trek briefing and gear inspection conducted by your expedition leader to ensure full readiness for the days ahead.

Day 04: Leh → Padum via Nerak Waterfall & Karsha Monastery
Altitude: 3,550 m | Distance: 210 km | Time: 9–10 hrs
Begin your scenic drive through the frozen Zanskar Valley, surrounded by towering peaks and icy cliffs. En route, stop to witness the mesmerizing Nerak Ice Waterfall, a frozen cascade of blue and white hues, and visit Karsha Monastery, the largest and most influential monastery in Zanskar.
Arrive in Padum, the administrative and cultural heart of the valley.

Day 05: Excursion to Drang Drung Glacier & Zongkul Monastery
Altitude: Drang Drung Glacier – 3,900 m | Zongkul – 3,800 m
Distance: 45 km | Trek: 3–4 km | Time: 3–4 hrs total
Embark on a breathtaking excursion to Drang Drung Glacier, one of Ladakh’s largest and most spectacular glaciers, showcasing the raw power of the Himalayas. Continue to Zongkul Cave Monastery, an ancient meditation site associated with the Buddhist master Naropa.
Return to Padum by evening.

Day 06: Padum → Yugar Village via Gonbo Rangjon, Shila Waterfalls & Bardan Monastery

Travel through the enchanting Zanskar landscape, making stops at Shila Waterfalls and the historic Bardan Monastery. Marvel at the mystical Gonbo Rangjon Peak, a sacred natural rock formation deeply revered by locals. Continue to Yugar Village, where you’ll experience the warmth of traditional Zanskari hospitality in a cozy homestay.

Day 07: Yugar → Shaday Village via Phugtal & Mune Monasteries
Altitude: 3,900 m | Trek: 12 km | Time: 5–6 hrs
Set out on a captivating trek through pristine winter landscapes to the cliffside Phugtal Monastery, one of the most spectacular monasteries in the Himalayas, built around a natural limestone cave. Along the route, visit Mune Monastery, a serene and lesser-known spiritual retreat.
Arrive at Shaday Village, a quiet settlement offering a glimpse into authentic Zanskari life.

Day 08: Shaday → Yugar Village
Altitude: 3,900 m | Trek: 12 km | Time: 4–5 hrs

Spend the night at leisure — relax, explore, or celebrate the completion of your expedition.

🌄 Acclimatization:
• A minimum of 1–2 days at approximately 3,500 m is recommended for proper acclimatization before starting the expedition.

💪 Trek Difficulty:
• Grade: Moderate — suitable for adventurers with a basic level of fitness.
• Daily activities include light hiking, short treks (3–6 hours), and cold-weather travel on uneven terrain.
• No prior high-altitude trekking experience is required, but good health and a positive attitude are essential.
🏃 Fitness Preparation:
• Engage in regular cardio exercises such as brisk walking, hiking, cycling, or swimming at least 3–4 times a week before the trip.
• Include leg-strengthening and balance exercises to improve endurance on uneven terrain.
• Practice walking with a light backpack to simulate trekking conditions.
🩺 Health & Safety:
• Participants should be free from serious heart, lung, or blood pressure conditions.

🚫 Tour Cancellation Policy
Once the tour has commenced, no refund shall be made for any portion of the trip not utilized by the participant. This includes, but is not limited to, services such as accommodation, transport, meals, or trekking arrangements that are unused due to personal reasons, illness, or early departure.
In the event that the tour or any part thereof must be cancelled, delayed, or altered due to Force Majeure conditions — including but not limited to adverse weather, natural disasters, flight disruptions, political unrest, or any other circumstances beyond the operator’s control —
- The full tour amount is strictly non-refundable.
- Every effort will be made to modify or reschedule the affected portion of the itinerary in coordination with local authorities and service providers.
- Any additional costs arising from such changes (e.g., extended stays, alternative transport, or revised logistics) shall be borne by the participants.
