Christmas x New Year Giveaway Terms and Conditions

.1. This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is organized by SGTREK Pte. Ltd. (the “Organizer”).

The Giveaway is only open to all participants above the age of 18 years with a permanent residential address in Singapore. Submitting an entry automatically means you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions, and the standard SGTREK terms and conditions (https://sgtrek.com/terms-conditions/).
To enter the Giveaway, participants must “Like” the SGTREK Facebook Page, “Like” and “Share” the Giveaway post, and “Tag” two (2) friends in the comment section of the post.
Results will be announced via an announcement post on Facebook or via the Facebook comment section.
All prizes are non-exchangeable for cash value or similar.
All information gathered will be used to verify the winners’ eligibility and will remain private with the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the winner after announcement due to any ineligibility of the winner. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) working days, the prize or prize notification will be invalid, and the winner forfeits all rights to any prize.
For Malaysia Event prize,
(i) Tickets are non-transferable.
(ii)Redemption is subjected to the availability of seats and must be made at least two (3) weeks before trip commencement.
(iii) Once the itinerary for redemption is confirmed, it is non-transferable to another trip.
(iv) The redemption includes the standard inclusion of the respective events (as described in individual event pages)
(v) The winner is responsible for all other personal travel expenses incurred outside of the prize (e.g. insurance, passports, visas, meals and others).
Participants grant the Organizer the right to use such participant’s name, likeness, biographical information and photo submitted in any and all media for any purpose, including without limitation, advertising and promotional purposes as well as in, on or in connection with the Website, Facebook page or the campaign or other promotions, and hereby release the Organizer from any liability with respect thereto. The participant may also be required to star in promotional campaigns after the winner is announced, which may or may not include videos, photos and audio clips.
The Organizer reserves the right to change or cancel any terms and conditions of the contest without prior notice at any time. All decisions of the Organizer are final and binding in all respects.
