Let’s explore a day trip away in the wilderness of Batu Pahat a dense jungle of Bukit Payung. Never underestimate a mountain based on the height. Even though the mountain stands at only 258meters but offers a breath-taking view which you hike through its rich forest.
One should be fit enough to explore all the 5 summits of Bukit Payung, usually for a climber with basic fitness can cover all the 5 peaks in 6hours (Bukit Payung, Bukit Bandkuit, Bukit Alam, Bukit Botak & Bukit Berdiri.) Starting part if the trek is steep climb and at the end of the hike steep slope down.
Good for people who can walk up Bukit Timah stairs easily. This would be a much longer walk.

Trail Difficulty : This hike is suitable for people who are comfortable to walk 5-6hours of hiking in tropical forest. There are some steep climbs and able at certain places need to grab roots and rope for the climb. Those who are training for big mountains likes Kota Kinabalu, Semeru ,Kerinci , etc would be ideal training groud. Do join us and check with us if you are unsure of your fitness for the hike.

Itinerary

7:00am – Pick up from Marsiling MRT Bus Station near to Maxi Cash (do make sure to have your breakfast prior to the meetup and take away some packed lunch to eat at the summit)
7:10am – The transport will depart to Singapore Custom / Cross over to JB Custom (At JB customs can buy water/snacks/food at the shop located at the waiting area)
Drive to the meetup point. Meetup with the local guide and safety briefing
9.45am – Start of hike (*Bring packed lunch for the summit)
0330pm – Reach at the base of mountain, we will stop by at nearest R&R stop. Head back to JB customs (*dinner stop over along the way-at own costing)
9.30pm – Arrive Johor Custom
10.00pm – Back to Singapore – End of trip.
